4. ‘SKOLMS 2.0’ Detailed Description

4. 1.Main Menu & Toolbar
When the user log
into the system, the start up menu is displayed
and menu options are allowed according to
user access ( The user access is configured
by the System Administrator through "User
Programs access in the "Configuration" menu ).
Once the user login,
a check in the actions is performed and the
Todo
log is displayed if user
has some actions outstanding. Todo log is an organizer for actions to be perfomrmed
by user, and those actions could be entered by user himself/herself or by other users in the system. From within
the displayed, user can open the selected documents
by a simple doubleclick on the action line,
export the log to an Excel Spread sheet or
print it using the log buttons.
