This Menu is devised
into three sub menus, 'Create a new user',
'login', 'logout', 'change password', 'proram
access', 'user access', 'Deactivated use', 'Initilaize Grids', 'Wipe Database'.

Create a new user
Only
accessible by the Administrator. Allow to
create a new user, the input fields are User
name, position, and password. Once user is
created, the System administrator should define
user's access to programs through the 'Program
access' module.

Login
Allow
user to login, and select the language to use during the session. When Two or more databses are consolidated, user wil have to select the Co. Database Name while logging.

Log out
Allow
user to Log out.

Change Password
Allow
user to change password.

Programs Access
Only
accessible by the Administrator who will through
that module define Every user access to the
system ( Creation, modification, logs &
Access to Daily Cost ). Degree of interraction
w/ the stock system and possibility for users
to open other's report can be defined for
the different modules in the system.

User's Access
In addition to the Program Acesss,
the administrator can define the fields behaviour
and visibility for every report accessed by
the user, general and detailed logs can be
configured to make a different screens for
every user in the system.

Deactivate
User
Administrator can deactivate users
who wre no longer using the system through
that module to minimize the number of users
displayed in the Log in Screen.

6. A. Viii. Initialize
Grids
Administrator
can Reinitialize Grids to all users which
mean that user's screens and grids have the
fields in exacly the same positions than the
administrator. This module is to be handled
with care cause all different screen configurations
for all other users are overrided by the Administrator's
Configuration

6. A. ix. Wipe Database
This
is the most dangerous module in the system.
It will erase all data from the database and
only keep the Administrator's Main Configuration.
This module is only useful when we need to
create another copy of SKOLMS having the latest
improvements ( Screen configurations, grid
configurations, Printouts, etc.. ). It is
highly recommended to do a backup before using
this module.
