Attachmnets log
A
selection window is displayed to allow user
to select the filter for attachments to be
sorted in the log. Once selection is performed,
a
log is displayed with all
attachments and user can run any attachment
file through the log or run the report it
self. user can also copy attachements from
a report to another by selecting the Checkbox
and then the button 'Copy To'

documents and user can run any document directly
from the log.

7. B. Document
types
When
some documents are employed often is certain
reports, user can decide to create a
document type
to avoid attachments and make it easier to
call for a document within a report.

Creation of new contractors,
recieving locations and modifications or deletion
of above can be performed out of this section.

7. D. Maintenance
When database get bigger by the time
or if a problem happen after a power failure,
user can perform a maintenance to refresh
all existing indexes in the database. In a
shared system, closing all programs in all
other machines is necessary before the reindexing
of all files.

Manual Backup
A
compressed file is created out of the database
and the can be e-mailed or sent to the head
office or any other copy of SKOLMS world wide
for consolidation. The compressed & automatically
encrypted backup file(s) will only track the
chages in the selected period ( database &
attachments ) to minimize the filesizes being
sent.

Manual Restore
The
restore and consolidation of the compressed
file previously created by 'Backup' is performed
to gather all the new data in the database. This module is also used to gather data compressed by 'Report Export' Module.

Licence Registration
User Can register the Licence either monthly or once only, depending on the Agreement between the customer and the Sales Dept.
Use will have to type the Code sent by the Sales Dept. and the Month Number for the monthly Licence.
